Pepperoni Pull-Apart Bread
Add a refreshing lemon herb twist for a unique flavor profile.
Ingredients:
1 loaf of artisan bread
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup melted butter
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh thyme
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice bread into a crisscross pattern and brush with lemon zest and butter.
Stuff bread with mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
Sprinkle thyme and Parmesan before baking for 15-20 minutes.
Tip: Serve with a light lemon aioli for dipping.
