Mixed Grill Platter with Fries

Ingredients:

1 lb pork ribs
1 lb beef sausages (or cevapi)
1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
1/2 lb pork belly strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt, to taste
Optional: paprika or garlic powder for seasoning
For the dipping sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
Optional: 1 tsp hot sauce for a spicy kick

Directions:

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat meats in the marinade.
Grill the pork ribs for 20-25 minutes, sausages and pork belly for 10-15 minutes, chicken for 8-10 minutes.
For fries: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C), bake or deep fry fries, and season with salt and spices.
Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, lemon juice, and hot sauce for dipping sauce.
Serve grilled meats and fries on a platter, garnish with fresh cucumber and lemon wedges.
