Loaded Steak & Cheese Fries
“Crispy golden fries piled high with juicy steak, gooey melted cheese, and a dollop of sour cream—your ultimate indulgent snack!”
Ingredients:
For the Fries:
1 lb frozen or fresh French fries
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
For the Steak:
8 oz ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Toppings:
1 cup shredded cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Fries:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss fries with vegetable oil and salt.
Bake for 20-25 minutes (or air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes) until crispy.
Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat.
Season steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until medium-rare. Let rest, then slice thinly.
Assemble the Fries:
Arrange hot fries on a baking sheet.
Layer sliced steak on top, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
Serve & Enjoy!
Top with sour cream, fresh parsley, and black pepper. Serve hot!
