Honey Garlic Herb Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup honey
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs for garnish
Directions
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Prepare the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken, ensuring they are well-coated.
Step 4: Bake
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, basting the chicken with the sauce every 10 minutes. Bake until the chicken is golden and cooked through (internal temperature: 165°F).
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh rosemary and thyme. Serve warm with your favorite sides like roasted veggies or mashed potatoes.
