Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Prep the Salmon:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon fillets on a large sheet of foil on a baking tray. Season with salt and pepper.
Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.
Glaze the Salmon:
Pour the glaze evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated. Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Broil for Extra Glaze:
Open the foil packet, spoon some glaze over the fillets, and broil for 2–3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro or parsley and serve warm.
