Garlic Shrimp Ramen Bowl
Double the garlic for bold and rich flavors.
Ingredients:
12 shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 packs ramen noodles
4 cups chicken broth
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp garlic butter
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup chopped scallions
Preparation:
Sauté garlic in garlic butter until fragrant. Cook shrimp until golden and set aside.
Boil broth, add soy sauce, and cook ramen noodles.
Serve noodles with broth, shrimp, scallions, and a drizzle of garlic butter.
Tip: Serve with toasted garlic chips for extra crunch.
