Ingredients:
500g cream cheese
190g sugar
4 eggs
200ml heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp cornstarch
Steps:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Whisk cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat until well incorporated.
Mix in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest.
Fold in cornstarch to thicken the batter.
Bake in a springform pan for 50-60 minutes.
