Crunchy Pistachio Wedding Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup softened butter
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup chopped pistachios
¼ tsp salt
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
Mix butter and sugar until creamy, then add vanilla.
Blend in flour, salt, and pistachios until combined.
Form dough into cookies and arrange on the baking sheet.
Bake for 14 minutes, then let cool.
