Give your chicken bites a smoky twist with bacon bits in the breadcrumb coating!
Ingredients:
500g chicken pieces
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup crispy bacon bits
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
Salt, black pepper
1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce
Instructions:
Mix breadcrumbs with bacon bits.
Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, and press into the breadcrumb mixture.
Fry or bake until crispy.
Serve with honey BBQ sauce.
