Creamy Surf and Turf Pasta
A zesty version with lemon-infused cream sauce and fresh herbs.
Ingredients:
250g penne pasta
200g steak, grilled
200g shrimp, sautéed
1 cup heavy cream
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Cook penne and set aside.
Sear steak and sauté shrimp with garlic.
Combine cream, lemon zest, and juice. Toss with pasta.
Top with steak and shrimp, and garnish with fresh parsley.
Tip: Add capers for a tangy twist.
