12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta:

1 lb fettuccine or penne pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt for boiling water

For the Topping:

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Set aside.

Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses and cook until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Bake: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and half of the cooked shrimp. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining shrimp. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
