Ingredients:
8 oz rigatoni pasta
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Start by cooking the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sliced sausage until it is browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
