Cranberry Pistachio Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pistachios
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream butter & sugars together.
Mix in egg & vanilla until smooth.
Sift in dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in cranberries & pistachios.
Roll into balls & flatten slightly.
Bake for 10-12 mins.
Cool & enjoy!
