Classic Fried Rice

Ingredients:

2 cups cold white rice
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup diced mixed vegetables (carrots, peas)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions:

Heat oil in a wok. Scramble eggs and set aside.
Stir-fry garlic, onions, and vegetables until aromatic.
Add rice and soy sauce. Mix and stir for 2 minutes.
Fold in scrambled eggs. Serve hot for a quick dinner.
