Description
Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Fudge
Ingredients
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions
Melt the Chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Prepare the Peanut Butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, warm the peanut butter for 20-30 seconds until it’s smooth and pourable.
Assemble the Fudge: Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking dish. Spread evenly. Drizzle the warmed peanut butter over the chocolate in thin lines or dollops.
Create the Swirl: Use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate, creating a marbled effect.
Chill: Place the dish in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
Slice and Serve: Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
