Chicken Tetrazzini
Ingredients
12 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stir in cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, and sautéed mushrooms until evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
