Cheesy Jalapeño Popper Dip
Brighten up your appetizer game with this golden, cheesy dip topped with crispy breadcrumbs for a crunchy finish.
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
4 jalapeños (chopped)
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Colby Jack cheese in a bowl. Add jalapeños and paprika.
Spread into a baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
