Cheesy Garlic Bread

This Cheesy Garlic Bread is crispy on the outside, buttery and soft on the inside, and loaded with melty cheese and garlic flavor. It’s the perfect side dish for pasta, soups, or just as a delicious snack!

Ingredients:
1 loaf of French or Italian bread

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread: Slice the loaf into thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet.

Make the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Assemble the Bread: Brush each bread slice generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Add the Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the bread slices.

Bake & Broil:

Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Broil for an additional 2 minutes for extra crispiness!
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
