Cheesy Chicken Dip with Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
For the dip:

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
For the garlic bread:

1 French baguette (or any bread of your choice)
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the garlic bread:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the baguette into pieces about 1 inch thick.
Mix the softened butter with the minced garlic and chopped parsley. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each slice of bread.
Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
Optionally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top during the last 2-3 minutes of baking for extra flavor.
2. Prepare the cheesy chicken dip:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (about 9×9 inches).
Top with additional cheese, if desired, and bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
3. Serve:

Once the cheesy chicken dip is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Serve the dip with the freshly baked garlic bread slices on the side for dipping. Garnish the dip with chopped parsley.
This dish makes a great appetizer for gatherings or even a fun meal when served with a side salad or some extra veggies. Enjoy!
