Cheesy Baked Rigatoni

Make dinner special with this cheesy baked rigatoni, a crowd-pleasing dish that’s bursting with flavor!
Ingredients:

400g rigatoni pasta
300g ground beef
1 small onion (diced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup marinara sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
Olive oil
Fresh parsley

Steps:

Preheat oven to 190°C.
Cook rigatoni until slightly firm, drain, and set aside.
In a pan, heat oil, sauté onions and garlic, then cook beef until browned.
Stir marinara sauce into the mixture and simmer.
Toss pasta with sauce, place in a dish, and cover with cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
