Cheesy Bacon Asparagus Bake
Ingredients
1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the asparagus: Lay the trimmed asparagus spears in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Add toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the asparagus. Scatter the crumbled bacon on top.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the asparagus is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
