Breakfast Pizza Minis
Ingredients
4 small naan or pita breads
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large eggs
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble the Base: Place naan or pita breads on the baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Add Toppings: Sprinkle chopped bacon and crumbled sausage evenly over each pizza. Carefully crack one egg onto the center of each pizza.
Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set, the yolks are slightly runny, and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with black pepper and fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
