A hearty steak bowl with garlicky notes, creamy textures, and vibrant salsa!
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup diced heirloom tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup crème fraîche
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Olive oil, salt, and pepper
Instructions:
Marinate steak with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until juicy.
