Ham & Broccoli Frittata
Ingredients
8 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup broccoli florets (steamed or lightly cooked)
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Preheat & prepare:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Whisk the eggs:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Sauté broccoli:
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Assemble the frittata:
Add the diced ham to the skillet, then pour the egg mixture over the top. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the surface.
Cook & bake:
Let the frittata cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the center is set.
Serve & enjoy:
Let the frittata cool slightly before slicing into wedges. Serve warm and enjoy!
