Cheesy Hot Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or any seafood seasoning)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup lump crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp green onions, chopped (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the Base:

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add Cheeses and Crab:

Fold in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and crab meat.
Stir in the minced garlic and green onions if using.
Transfer to Baking Dish:

Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Bake:

Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden-brown top.
Garnish & Serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Serve hot with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or veggie sticks.
