Cheesy Garlic Bread Bombs
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch each)
2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble the Bread Bombs:
Flatten each biscuit dough round into a circle.
Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each piece of dough.
Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Add the Garlic Butter Topping:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each bread bomb.
Bake to Perfection:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
For extra cheese pull action, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
Serve Hot:
Sprinkle with extra parsley for garnish.
Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
Tips for Gooey Bread Bombs
Ensure the seams of the dough are well-sealed to prevent the cheese from leaking.
Use string cheese for a firmer, stretchy cheese pull if desired.
Add pepperoni or cooked sausage to make them even more indulgent.
