Ingredients:
For the Fries:
1 bag frozen waffle fries (or fresh if preferred)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Toppings:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Instructions:
Cook the Fries:
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the waffle fries package.
Arrange the frozen waffle fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Bake according to package directions until crispy and golden brown.
Prepare the Toppings:
While the fries are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
Crumble the cooked bacon into small pieces and set aside.
