Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients

250g fettuccine pasta
300g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Shrimp: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté shrimp with a pinch of salt and pepper until pink and cooked through (about 3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine: Toss the cooked pasta into the creamy sauce. Add the shrimp and mix gently to coat everything evenly.
Serve: Transfer to a plate, garnish with parsley and black pepper, and enjoy!
