Cheesy Garlic Korean Cream Cheese Bread
Ingredients

For the Bread:
6 Bread Rolls (soft and round)
200g Cream Cheese (softened)
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
1/2 cup Butter (melted)
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
1 Egg Yolk
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
Cut the Bread Rolls:
Make 6-8 cuts in each roll, creating wedges, but don’t cut all the way through. Keep the base intact.
Fill the Bread Rolls:
Pipe the cream cheese mixture into the cuts, filling each wedge generously.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, honey, parsley, egg yolk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Coat the Bread:
Dip or brush the bread rolls with the garlic butter sauce, making sure to coat them evenly, including inside the cuts.
Bake to Perfection:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
