For the Pizza:

1 pizza dough ball

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 ball of burrata cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for a crisp pizza crust.
Prepare the Tomatoes:

On a baking sheet, toss the halved cherry tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Roast the tomatoes in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until they are soft and lightly charred. Set aside.
Shape the Pizza Dough:

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a round shape of your desired size.
Transfer the dough to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
Assemble the Pizza:

Drizzle the remaining olive oil on the pizza dough.
Spread the roasted tomatoes evenly over the dough.
Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place it generously over the top of the pizza.
Bake the Pizza:

Bake the pizza in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
Finish and Serve:

Once out of the oven, drizzle some extra olive oil over the top.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and dried oregano. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Enjoy:

Serve hot, and enjoy the creamy goodness of burrata combined with the sweetness of roasted tomatoes on a crispy crust!
