12 oz (340g) cheese tortellini

1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Tortellini:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Shrimp:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
