Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
4 burger buns
4 slices cheddar cheese
Optional: Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnish
Instructions:
Start by preheating your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form the beef into four patties.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onions and sauté for about 10 minutes until they are soft and caramelized. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
