Pepperoni Pizza Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients

For the Dough:
1 pack of refrigerated pizza dough
For the Filling:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup mini pepperoni slices
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Garlic Butter:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Grease a Bundt pan or round baking dish.
Prepare the Dough Balls:
Cut the pizza dough into small bite-sized pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball and flatten slightly.
Add a sprinkle of mozzarella and a mini pepperoni slice inside each piece, then seal into a ball.
Layer the Pull-Apart Bread:
Place the stuffed dough balls into the greased pan.
Sprinkle layers of mozzarella, Parmesan, and mini pepperoni between the dough balls.
Add Garlic Butter:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
Pour the garlic butter evenly over the dough balls.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve Hot:
Let the bread cool slightly before removing from the pan.
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping!
