Sushi Cake

Transform traditional sushi into a layered masterpiece that’s perfect for parties!

Ingredients:

3 cups sushi rice, cooked
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 avocados, sliced
200g smoked or raw salmon
1/4 cup thinly sliced radish
1 sheet of nori
Sesame seeds for topping

Steps:

Season sushi rice with rice vinegar and mix well.
Layer half the rice in a lined cake pan, pressing down firmly.
Add a layer of nori, radish, salmon, and avocado.
Top with the rest of the rice and press gently.
Flip onto a plate, arrange avocado slices on top, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Serve as wedges for a party treat!
