Creamy Chicken Stew
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 cup cream
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp Italian herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, carrots, celery, and peppers.
Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly add chicken stock, stirring until smooth.
Mix in chicken, cream, and herbs. Simmer for 12–15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite toppings!
