450g cheese tortellini
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
½ cup shredded cheddar
¾ cup crispy bacon
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes
Grated Parmesan for topping
Instructions:
Cook tortellini as directed and set aside.
Heat olive oil and sauté garlic in a skillet.
