Chocolate Brigadeiro Bliss
Go tropical with a coconut coating instead of chocolate sprinkles.
Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp butter
1 cup shredded coconut
Preparation:
Combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter. Stir until thickened.
Once cool, roll into balls and coat with shredded coconut.
Chill for 1 hour and serve.
Tip: Toast the coconut for added flavor and crunch.
